The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the contract management and proper installation of all projects within their assigned territory. Start-to-finish this role requires intuition, adaptability, and decision-making skills. The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive. This role requires flexibility to help innovate and see projects through to completion.
Responsibilities include:
• Administrations
• Handles all Permits, HOAs, Surveys, Customer Communications, etc.
• Organization of all communications
• Manages email, drive folders, and processes
• Contract Management
• Responsible for all project details
• Project Spreadsheet
• Manages all spreadsheet data
• Materials
• Responsible for all counts, deliveries, and timelines
• To include management of reallocation and leftovers
• Scheduling Projects
• Owns Installation Calendar
• Sends scheduling emails for all projects
• RingCentral Project Manager phone extension
• Communicates with all customers as needed
• Job Closeout Process
• All deposits accounted for, all jobs inspected, payroll report sent
• Leads Installers
• Manages all Installers as Direct Reports; recruiting new Installers
• Hiring and Letting Go as needed
• Warranties and Callbacks
• Facilitates all warranties in accordance with the current process.**Future Bonus Structures to incentivize company growth and company profitability
All pay structures for DanDale are on a yearly basis and are reviewed annually.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability

Responsibilities Include:
Administration

• Helps manage all scheduled projectsJob Closeout Process
• Help with final deposits (finance deals, credit card payments, invoices)In addition, this position may require assisting the Project Manager with the following tasks:

The Field Inspector will assist with all aspects of projects as they are scheduled and materials have been ordered. They will help with the walkthrough and installation process and facilitate the final inspection of projects including the material and warranty processes. The Field Inspector reports to and works closely with the Territory Manager to help complete all projects.
Responsibilities: (list is not exhaustive)
• Assists with projects being installed Mon-Sat
• Liaison with installers for onsite issues
• Communicates with PM or Customer to help answer questions
• All follow-up and project miscellaneous items on the back end
• Facilitates installer walkthroughs if necessaryFinal Inspections
• All inspections are completed within 72 hours of install
• Checklist and pictures emailed to PM
• Assists with final check pick-ups and deposits as needed
• Material pick-up and removalRepairs
• At the time of final inspection, all repairs coordinated and completed prior to payrollStorage Unit Management
• Keeps track of material inventory and reallocates as neededManages Warranty process for NOVA/MD region
• To be completed within the budgeted hourly rate allowance; see belowOpportunities to install smaller fences as schedule allows at Lead Installer rates

PAY STRUCTURE - Earning capacity $55,000-$65,000
• $800 weekly ($41,600 base)
• $50 per job completed with inspection
• $25 hourly rate for Warranty management work; avg 8 hrs per week allowance
• Fuel reimbursement allowance with submitted receipts up to $100/week
• A monthly bonus of 10% on all material reallocation and accounting**Future Bonus Structures to incentivize company growth and company profitability.

The Field Inspector reports to and works closely with the Territory Manager to help complete all projects.

• Liaison with installers for onsite issues (materials, troubleshooting, etc)
• Communicates with the PM or the Customer to help answer questions
• All follow-up and project miscellaneous items on the back end
• Facilitates installer walkthroughs if necessaryFinal Inspections
• All inspections are completed within 72 hours of install
• Checklist and pictures emailed to PM
• Assists with the final check pick-ups and deposits as needed
Material pick-up and removalRepairs
• At the time of the final inspection, coordinate all repairs and ensure completed prior to payrollWarranty process completed for assigned projects
• Shares pipeline responsibility for the warranties in the HR regionStorage Unit Management

• $400 weekly ($20,800 base)
• $50 per job completed with inspection
• $25 hourly rate for Warranty management work; not to exceed avg 8 hrs per week without manager approval
• A monthly bonus of 10% on all material reallocation and accounting
